Currently, WLIVE doesn’t offer assembly services, but each item includes detailed instructions for easy setup. Instructions are provided in the packaging, and you can also download them or watch assembly videos on our product page. For further help, contact our customer service team—we’re always here to make your assembly process as simple as possible.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO boxes, APO, FPO, DPO addresses, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
